International scientific conference
A space for dialogue between researchers, teachers and edtech stakeholders in Madagascar and across the francophone Global South.

Artificial intelligence is reshaping every sector of society, and education is no exception. The rapid rise of generative AI, conversational agents and intelligent tutoring systems is transforming teaching practices, learning modalities and education governance.
The Connecter IA project is part of an ongoing effort of reflection, experimentation and co-construction around educational uses of artificial intelligence in Madagascar and francophone countries of the Global South, inspired by collaborative approaches such as IFADEM.
Facing the challenges of the Malagasy education system — limited resources, unequal access, a persistent digital divide — AI can become a lever for pedagogical innovation, provided it is designed ethically, inclusively and with context in mind.
Organize a scientific and professional conference to explore, debate and share the pedagogical uses of artificial intelligence in education.
Present recent research, case studies and innovations related to AI in education.
Identify the challenges, opportunities and limits of integrating AI into teaching and learning.
